Description

 A customizable Nepali dining experience perfect for weddings, corporate events, and cultural celebrations. Guests can select one item from each line, creating a personalised meal full of authentic flavours.

Entrées – Choose 1 from each line (6 items total):

  • Chicken Sekuwa or Goat Sekuwa or Lamb Sekuwa or Pork Sekuwa
  • Chicken Chilli or Pork Chilli or Paneer Chilli
  • Goat Choila or Chicken Choila or Lamb Choila or Soyabean Choila
  • Aloo Chop or Veg Pakoda
  • Mixed Achar or Aloo Achar or Bhatmas Sadheko
  • Prawn Crackers or Papad or Bhuteko Chiura

  • Royal Nepali Goat Curry or Lamb Curry or Chicken Curry

Nepali Tier Two offers a balanced and flavourful selection of traditional Nepali dishes, combining hearty mains, fresh sides, and sweet desserts for a memorable catering experience.

Terms & Conditions

– Pro Regal Pavilion Catering

  • Complimentary delivery is available for venues located within a 10 km radius from our
    base kitchen/venue.
  • A $50 delivery fee applies for catering orders between 10–50 km.
  • A $100 delivery fee applies for catering orders more than 50km.
  • For delivery requests beyond 20 km, arrangements must be discussed and agreed
    upon in advance over the phone with our catering team.
  • All catering bookings are subject to a minimum of 20 guests (20 pax). Orders below
    the minimum will not be accepted.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit as advised by our team.
  • Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior
    to the event.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of
    the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7–14 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will forfeit the deposit in full.
  • While all care is taken to meet dietary requirements, Pro Regal Pavilion does not
    accept liability for any adverse reactions to food consumed.
  • Clients are responsible for providing suitable access, facilities, and event setup
    arrangements at the venue.
